Eva Alisic is an interdisciplinary scholar at the Melbourne School of Population and Global Health (University of Melbourne). Building on a broad social science and mental health research background, her focus is on how young people and families deal with violence at home, medical trauma, disaster and war. She collaborates extensively with people with lived experience, policy makers, practitioners and artists. In addition, she contributes to research capacity building and a more inclusive academic environment, for example through the ISC Standing Committee on Science Planning, and regional and global Science Leadership Programs.
