I am the founder of the Da Vinci Institute for Technology Management, a Higher Education Institution offering undergraduate and posy graduate qualifications in innovation and technology management.  Our most prominant programmes are our two PhD programmes, designed for both private and public senior managerial leaders who are interested in solving real life problems in society.

I have participated in more than 20 international conferences and more than 30 national conferences and delivered a number of papers and workshops related to managerial leadership, experientail learning and social return o investment.

I am the chairperson of the South African working group on developing guidelines and standards for Innovation Management Systems, I am a Board member of the tt100 Business Innovation Awards Progamme in South Africa, O am and Advisory Board member for NACI in South Africa and I am the chairperson for SAPHE at this point in time.
