Tibor   Babos   (Ph.D.)   is   a senior researcher and the founding Director‬‭of the Security Research Center, Hungarian Agricultural and Life Sciences University. He is also the founding Director of‬‭the Security Science Center and of the Security Science College, University of Óbuda. He is a‬‭Distinguished Professor at the University of Óbuda and at the National University of Public‬‭Administration, Budapest.‬
