Mathilde engages with governments and research institutions across Canada and in partner countries to support research collaborations. Mathilde holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from McGill University and completed her graduate studies in International Relations at the London School of Economics. Mathilde is keen to promote science and cooperation on multilateral forum like the UN General Assembly Science Summit where she convened a session on the intersection of climate and artificial intelligence.
Previously, Mathilde served at the European Parliament Liaison Office to promote European initiatives such as Erasmus +. Mathilde also worked at the European Parliament on the directive for posted workers, which defines a framework regarding the legislation applicable to mobile citizens.
