Ms. Londiwe Caluza joined the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSiRA) in 2017 as an Intern and became a Junior Researcher in 2019. Over the years she has authored and co-authored numerous research reports for the Authority that have been instrumental in formulation of policies and regulations for the industry. The latest report she authored looked at the impact of the 4IR on the private security industry which identified new fields of employment in the private security industry. Ms. Caluza holds a Masters Degree in Criminology and Forensic Sciences and a Bachelors of Social Work which she obtained from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She has also done research for UKZN's Language and Development Department which contributed to upgrading of the IsiZulu Lexicon.
