Mrs Julie David holds a Master’s Degree in French literature, in Performing Arts, and in FLE (French as a foreign language). Since 2006, she has been working for Wallonie-Bruxelles International, a public agency representing French-speaking Belgium abroad. She was previously posted at the Jawaharlal Nehru University (India) and at the Faculty of Arts of Ljubljana (Slovenia). Since 2019, she is the academic & cultural liaison officer for Wallonie-Bruxelles International in South Africa, a position hosted at the University of Stellenbosch. She develops cultural, academic and scientific projects that build bridges between South Africa and French-speaking Belgium.
