Ken Hallenbeck earned a Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of California, San Francisco in 2018. He then began his independent career as a drug discovery researcher at Genentech, and is now a biotechnology Scientist at Repligen Corporation, where he focuses on developing gene therapy and vaccine bioprocesses. He also serves on the board of directors of ReImagine Science and is a regular contributor to scientific magazines and blogs like ASBMB Today and ECR Life.
