Mr Mashaba is a seasoned HR Specialist who has worked in diverse industries specialising in human resources management, learning and development solutions, employment equity, organisation development, leadership development, diversity and inclusion.  

Mr Mashaba is currently the Human Capital Development Manager responsble for the entire value chain of internal staff training, which includes formal and informal training, leadership development and transformational programmes, etc. 

ARC's flagship programme - the Professional Development Programme (PDP) is managed by the Human Capital Development under the leadership of Mr Mashaba. The programme host future scientists who are studying towards agricultural science  Masters, Doctoral and Postdoctoral Studies in Science/Engineering courses with various universities. Mr Mashaba authored an aritcle in De Rebus Magazine dealing with skills development.

He is passionate about people development and is currently enrolled for a Master of Science qualification with the Roffey Park Institute, an affilliate partner of the University of Sussex.
