Manasseh identifies herself as an aspiring driven researcher in the fields of Ecology.She is affiliated with Mulanje Mountain Conservation Trust, one of the biosphere reserve south of Africa. The main projects are catchment restoration, community capacitation, monitoring and evaluating biodiversity.

She is currently pursuing here Masters studies in Biodiversity Informatics until 2023 at Malawi University of Science and Technology. This M.Sc. will drive her towards fulfilling Sustainable development goals on Climate Action, life below water and life on land respectively, by tackling climate change impacts, and developing climate adaptation plans, reduction of pollution and sustainable management of resources. 

A volunteer at heart, who has taken part in community activities, youth leadership development since 2010 with Leo clubs under the Lions Club International, a largest serving humanitarian organization. She rose through the ranks from being a club board member, district zone chair till she became a District President for Botswana and Zimbabwe. Throughout her journey she has amassed several clubs, district awards including 2021 Leo of the year award within Africa Constitutional area.
