I am an atmospheric scientist by training with over 20 years of experience in policy and strategy development; programme design and execution; research development and innovation (RDI) and project management.  I am responsible for the global change research portfolio at the DSI, and currently part of the team scoping and designing the implementation framework for one of the three "Societal Grand Challengess" in the first science, technology and innovation Decadal Plan (STI Decadal Plan 2031).
