He has facilitated multiple projects while ensuring compliance with the country’s telecommunications regulatory requirements. He is proficient in all aspects of governance carrying over 6 years of experience within state-owned agencies in South Africa.

Nathi is an Executive Chairman at AdNotes Digital, the only licensee of TVWS' Secondary Geo-Location Spectrum Database. This solution is certified to provide TVWS services in the UK, South Africa, Botswana, Cyrus, Ghana, and Mozambique. He is currently supporting various TVWS trial deployments in Tanzania
