I believe that ideas shape the future. That’s why, in everything I do, I set out to work in various forms of partnership with the leaders who shape the ideas that shape the future. 

My goal is to help them achieve positive outcomes in their work, organisations, and communities. This way, I get to scale my efforts to help create a better future for all people. 

I have been a co-organiser of several TEDx events since 2010, including TEDxJohannesburg, helping to spread the work of local innovators far and wide. 

I am co-founder of KuMo&Co, where we live by the mantra “Every leader can be a great speaker.” KuMo&Co offers a speaker coaching service to executives, entrepreneurs, and experts. 

I am a director at Backsaver Farming Solutions, where we package, market, and sell small-scale tools for small-scale farmers. These tools, made for farming conditions in Africa, take away the pain of farming, increase profitability, and enable food security for all. 

Lastly, I am a director at Kgoro Ventures, an investment company. Kgoro’s modus operandi is to enter into partnerships with established enterprises and introduce solutions from the innovation toolkit. In this way, we help to transform and differentiate their businesses, products, and services, resulting in greater profitability.
