Mmakwena Raymond Molala is the Director: Knowledge Management at National School of Government responsible for knowledge management and library management. His work includes strategic management, policy formulation and governance matters. Part of his duties involve innovative way to ensure that knowledge Management plays its role in advancing the core business of the NSG in building ethical, capable and developmental state. Mmakwena previously worked for SASSA as Deputy Director: Information Management. His interest includes innovative ways in knowledge management, content management, research, records management and information management. KM has proven to be an important component of organisation during COVID 19, innovation of which information technology and science plays a pivotal role in supporting the education, training and development of which Mmakwena is in. Mmakwena currently finalising his master’s in information science and LLB.
