I have recently obtained a masters degree in Nuclear Power Engineering and Thermal Physics from the Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University, Russia. I also hold an honours degree in Applied Radiation Science and Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Biological Sciences (with microbiology and chemistry as my majors), from the North-West University, Mafikeng Campus. Previously, I was awarded an internship at the National Research Foundation (NRF) in Cape Town, working as a junior researcher. I have also volunteered for the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) study for the Race, Education, and Emancipation. I have successfully completed a training on responsible conduct of Research and Laboratory practice through NRF/RISA and North-West University. In 2020, I competed on an international research “BRICS Youth Energy Outlook 2020” in which I was a team leader.
