Djaffar Moussa-Elkadhum, national of the Comoros is the UNESCO Representative to Namibia since December 2018.

He holds Master’s degrees in economics, statistics, demography and public administration and is part of several professional organizations.

Before joining UNESCO in 1992 as Young Professional, he worked with UNFPA. He served as UNESCO Representative to Mozambique from June 2014 to December 2018.
