Mahlatse Mpya is the Policy Dialogue Manager at the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA).   She is responsible for managing strategic dialogues, engaging partners and Stakeholder management, especially concerning networking between government, diplomatic committee and civil society organisations, in relation to event organisation. For the past eight years, her work has been on the Middle East and North Africa region and relations between it and Africa at the Afro-Middle East Centre. She is a member of the Palestinian Solidarity campaign, which promotes justice, peace and self-determination for Palestinians, in support of international law and human rights.
