Muhammad Rayyaz is the Director Commonwealth and European Affairs of the Global Strategic Institute for Sustainable Development- GSISD, a non-profit global policy think-tank working for sustainability to ensure global dignity. He is a senior practicing advocate/lawyer and has a long working experience in the field of Human Rights, immigration, Freedom of Religion and Belief (FoRB), Democracy and Civic Engagement for sustainability. He believes that any negligence in the broader areas of sustainable development ultimately affects human rights and the nature of human dignity.

Global Strategic Institute for Sustainable Development – GSISD, connects these broader categories for achieving the idea of sustainable development through developing effective solutions, models and approaches by suggesting/devising policies on sustainable public interest to all relevant stakeholders including parliamentary forums and decision making bodies. Mr Rayyaz actively contribute to the idea of effective policy design and draft formulation carried out through effective dialogue and research initiatives by GSISD.

GSISD intends to provide a conducive and decent platform to all relevant stakeholders including researchers, policymakers and civil society. This well-coordinated strategy will be helpful for achieving sustainable development and dignity of human beings in this part of the world.

He is passionate about serving society and has also rendered outstanding services at a national and international level in the arena of social work to promote global peace and harmony. He is a keen social worker and as a philanthropist, he nurtures a set of ideals that keep him focused on his social responsibilities.
