Rofhiwa Bridget Mulaudzi is a Scientist with more than 13 years of experience in, research and development, complementary medicines, and herbal medicines. Rofhiwa holds a Ph.D. in Ethnobotany and an MSc in Botany from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She has an Honours degree in Biochemistry and a BSc degree in Biochemistry and Microbiology from the University of Venda. Apart from university degrees, Rofhiwa completed a formal certificate in Basic intermediate, and Advanced Project Management at the University of South Africa, and a certificate in the Bio-Entrepreneurship Training Programme at CoachLab The Innovation hub, Pretoria, South Africa. 

She is a founder of Romukhu (Pty) Ltd, responsible for the assessment of applications, and advising and assisting the committee in interpreting the technical content and merits of applications in relation to the eligibility criteria of R&D tax incentive application under DSI.

In the past year, she worked as a Research Scientist at Anwa Laboratoria (Pty) Ltd, responsible for the research and development of products.

Previously, she worked for 5 years as a Researcher within the Agricultural Research Council. 

 She is organized and highly motivated with a proven commitment to achieving targets and set objectives. She works effectively on her own initiatives within the organization as well as a member of a team. She possesses excellent time management skills required to complete assignments and to the required standard.
