An accomplished sustainable development expert with over 17 years’ experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) having supported complex multi-lateral, multi-country and multi-donor funded development programmes globally in over 35 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Eastern Europe. My experience in the development sector cuts across providing advisory and technical support on MERL to programmes related to Service Delivery; Policy & Advocacy; Science Technology & Innovations (STI); Research & Development (R&D); Capacity Building; ICT4D; and Humanitarian/Emergency response. Specific expertise in Health, HIV/AIDS, Nutrition, Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Social and Behaviour Change Communications, Gender Justice, Feminism, Agriculture and Food Security, Livelihood, Education, Markets, Climate Change, Social Protection, Natural Resource Management, Peace Building & Conflict, Democratic Governance and Rule of Law, Empowerment and Accountability. A member of several MERL networks at regional and global level such as EvalCommunity, Outcome Mapping, Peregrine, AfrEA, IDEAS, Knowledge Management for Development (KM4Dev) and Bond. Well published.
