Lucy Nambela is a multiple award winning journalist who studied Journalism and Public Relations, currently working as News Editor at Capital FM. She was recently conferred with a recognition award as Anti-microbial Champion at this year's 20th Media Institute of Southern Africa-MISA Awards Ceremony. She has also made strides to highlight  mental health issues associated with Cyber bullying for which she also won an award. She was a focal person in creating awareness on the efficacy and importance of vaccination at the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. She reports on various health issues.
