Introduction

Tovin Ngombe is a trained Journalist (Degree level, Diploma, and certificate level) with 20 years professional working experience and has a degree in Journalism and Communication obtained from Rusangu University, a diploma in Journalism, and a certificate in Journalism.  I am also a second year  master student in Journalism and Communication at Mulungushi University  

 I have edited, lectured, contributed articles to wide range of media institutions, written news letters and I am working as Senior Information Officer under Zambia News and Information Service (ZANIS)   at Lusaka Provincial office. (www.zanis.com.zm)
