Joao Noronha is a senior Partner of EUROSIS Lda. He holds an Executive Masters in Consultancy and Coaching for Change (EMCCC) from INSEAD (France), a Master in Organizational Development and Change from Fielding Graduate Universuty (USA) and is currently finishing his PhD in Human Development also at Fielding Graduate University.

He has led, consulted and/or participated in more then 200 assignments in Mozambique, South Africa and Uruguay, for public and private sectors, donors, civil society organizations and academia, having acquired a significant understanding of how to design and deliverorganizational initiatives that include strategy, organizational redesign, leadership development, facilitation, human capital, team development, individual and group coaching.

He has more than 20 years of experience at supervisory level with overseeing and managingassigments and providing technical expertise in teams and organizations.
