Dr Martin Ongol holds aPhD in Applied Biocience from.Hokkaido University Japan. Currently he is the Acting Executive Secretary, Uganda National Council for Science and Technology. Dr Ongol also serves on the Governing Counci for: National Agricultural Research Organisation, Research and Education Network of Uganda, East African Science and Technology Commission. Previously he served as Vice President East African Reaseach and Innovation Managers Association, Director of Research, Innovation and Postgraduate studies- Collge of Agriculture, Animal Sciences and Veterinary Medicine. Dr Ongol has over 25 years professional experience and has authored over 45 scientific publications.
