I am a professor in Work and Organisational Psychology and the director of the Optentia Research Unit (www.optentia.co.za) at the North-West University in South Africa. I completed a PhD in Work and Organisational Psychology in 1996. My research interests include the assessment and development of individual, relational, and organisational potential, specifically within multicultural and cross-cultural contexts. My research focuses on positive organisations, capabilities, and well-being of people in work and non-work contexts.
