Eng Patrício Sande is Master of Science in Engineering, Specialized in Computer Complexes, Systems and Computer Networks, with the following professional experience:

• Member of Joint State Committee for Informatization of the Public Sector of Mozambique (since 2000);
• President of the Scientific Research Association of Mozambique (AICIMO), Adhering Body of Mozambique to ISC (International Science Council) and Senior researcher and coordinator of its socio and scientific research works (since 1995);
• Adviser of the President of the Administrative Tribunal of Mozambique for Computer Science and Information Technologies and Manager of Informatization Project of the Administrative Tribunal and Manager of the Master Plan of Information and Communication Systems of the Tribunal (since 1999);
• Lecturer and Supervisor of Scientific Research Works with Graduate Degree purposes at Public and Private Universities in Mozambique;
• Consultant for elaboration of National Policies in Information Technologies for the Republic of Mozambique (2000-2006);
• Representative of the Administrative Tribunal in different Technical Government Teams related to the definition of Policies and implementation of Technical Projects in Information and Communication Technologies in the country;

Co-founder and Technology and Innovation Manager of MOZA INDECOM, LDA - Mozambique International Development Company, Lda, and acting President of the Administration Council of this Company. MOZA INDECOM is a company mainly focused on the development of the country, attracting and promoting the growth of economic areas in Mozambique, including consultancy for Industry, Agriculture, Education, Transportation, Mining, Fishing, among others.
