Manage the coordination of  the development of Stratgic, Annual Preformance plan and Operational plan.  Compile the quartely and annual perfoemance report and any other relevant reports. Facilitate the development of Risk management profile and monitor. Manage MTEF process and operational budgeting process.  Coordinate the deelopment of procurement and demand plan and monitor. Manage HR processess in accordance to policies. programme administration and coordination. Serve as the Programme liaison.
