I have worked as a researcher, strategist, policy analyst and evaluation administrator for a number of organisations.

Currently I head a PMO unit responsible for all of the above responsibilities. I am also leading the digital transformation of my organisational internal operational efficiencies and for enhancing our developmental programmes for the education, agriculture, local government and civil society suppport initiatives.

I have BA Education (junior teaching degree), BA Hons in Geography, MBA and currently waiting admission to study for Doctor in Business Administration qualification. 

I have participated and contributed to activities or discussion around gender equality, the SDG, CEDAW Convention, AU Vision 2063.

I enjoy research and presenting papers to share information. I have presented at the European Evaluation Association conferences in Prague and Portugal.

I also lead the partnership of my organisation with government department, state agencies such as the HSRC, CSIR, not for profit organisations such as the Thabo Mbeki Foundation, and academic institutions.
