I am the project lead & principal investigator for the DS-I Africa and H3Africa Coordinaitng Centre's. 

My research background is in human and viral genomics with an emphasis on infectious disease, pharmacogenomic and virus restriction. 

My team and I work to form cohesive networks within our international genomics and Data science consortia.
