Dr. Reaz Uddin received his PhD in Chemistry as a joint candidate of University of Karachi and University of Illinois at Chicago. During his PhD and later in Postdoc projects at Austria, Germany and Australia, Dr. Reaz has extensive hands-on training in the fields of Drug Target Identification using Computational Biology. His specific area of research is New Drug Target Identification against the resistant microorganisms using data intensive methods in Bioinformatics such as Big Data Analysis, AI/ML tools and Computational Genomics. Dr. Reaz Uddin has joined the Dr. Panjwani Center at University of Karachi in the year 2012 as an assistant professor and he was promoted to associate professor in the year 2019.
