Dr. Yasuhisa Kondo is an associate professor based at the Research Institute for Humanity and Nature (RIHN), Kyoto, and a Young Academy member of the Science Council of Japan (SCJ). His academic interests include archaeological geography of Arabia and science of team science (SciTS). He is currently in charge of developing a long-term strategic plan for the RIHN as Head of the Institutional Research Unit. At the Young Academy of Japan, he is acting as a secretary of the Subcommittee on Social Collaboration for Regional Vitalization.
