Dr Mfuamba Mulumba owns a PhD in Atmospheric Physics from the University of KwaZulu Natal (UKZN) in Durban, South Africa. He has more than 12-year experience in air quality monitoring, data processing and air quality management and modeling. He contributed to drafting the National Framework for Air Quality Management in South Africa, and baseline assessment reports on air quality management in mining and refinery companies in South Africa, DRC, Uganda, and Nigeria. He is author of several journal papers based on climate change and tropospheric ozone and air quality reviews at international level.
