Chwayita is an Analyst at the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organised Crime (GI-TOC). She serves as Secretariat under the GI-TOC for the Eastern and Southern Africa Commission on Drugs (ESACD).

She has an interest in the investigation of how drugs, crime and related activities impact the youth and marginalized groups in affected communities. She intends to contribute to finding solution to address drug issues and eradicate organised crime in East and Southern Africa.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree and Postgraduate Diploma in law from the University of Cape Town. Chwayita is currently pursuing her LLM in Shipping Law at the University of Cape Town.
